Following receipt of all nominations, a list of nominees will be published in the Parish bulletin for two (2) consecutive weeks, along with biographies. The Rectory reserves the right to edit the biographies so that there is room for all nominations in the bulletin.
Elections will take place during the Masses of the weekend of February 27 and 28, 2010. Ballots will be included in the pews, and may be placed in either the collection basket or ballot boxes which will be maintained at the exits from the Church. Votes may also be cast by mailing ballots to the Rectory, or hand-delivering same; but all votes must be cast by close of business on Tuesday, March 2, 2010. The names of the new Parish Council Members will be read at the Masses on the weekend of March 6 and 7, 2010, and published in the Parish bulletin.
